<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the decoration sheet with three dimensional feeling, by providing white opaque layer on the back side of original, coating the resin sealer on the surface, providing the pearl layer on the sealer and colored transparent coating layer or colored nontransparent coating layer, and printing the pattern. CONSTITUTION:At the back side of original paper, especially thina paper, white opaque layer using white sealing material such as titanium oxide is provided. On the surface, sealer resin such as urethane and amino system resin is coated to increase the transparency, and on it colored transparent coating layer or colored opaque coating layer is formed by printing or coating the ink or paint. Next, the desired pattern is printed on it. Thus, the light incident to the decoration sheet is partly reflected on each layer and the rest is transmitted, and finally completely reflected on the opaque layer to obtain the decoration sheet expressing the depth of multistage.</p> |
