<p>(A) 3-Amino substd. products of Rifamycin S or of the corresponding hydroquinone Rifamycin SV or their at least partially hydrogenated derivs. at posns. 16, 17, 18, 19,28, 29 of general formula (I) NR1R2 = an aliphatically substd. amino group at posn. 3 and may be a sec. but pref. a tert. amino group R1 and R2 are hydrocarbon groups with aliphatic character with max. 12C-atoms pref. 1-8 C-atoms, which may be interrupted by hetero-atoms such as -O, -S or -N and/or may be substd. with one or more same or different functional groups such as hydroxyl groups, halogen atoms, free- or esterified carboxyl- or sulfonic acid groups, aldehyde-, nitrile- or amino groups. (B) Acid addition salts of (I) with organic and inorganic acids and quaternary ammonium salts of (I).</p> |
