<p>The power tool is used to redress the open ends of metal tubes (T). It incorporates two parallel cylindrical bodies (3,4) of which the interval between axes (X,Y) is adjustable. A counter cylinder (3) does not rotate and fits inside the tube with the redressing cylinder (4) rotated by a motor to treat the tube wall. The cylinders are mounted on separate blocks connected by an axle pin (13). The blocks half house onto one another by virtue of cantilever arms (5b,6b) locating a pin (13) parallel to the axes (X,Y) of the cylinders. A block angle adjusting screw (14) with pin (13) dualls as a friction locking screw.</p> |
