PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of plant design by standardizing hardware by exercising control over a supervision, instrumental recording and control in terms of a plant by software processing. CONSTITUTION:Controller 2 checks state signals, fault signals and measurement data of external equipments and loads inputted through input part 11 by software processing and then outputs a control signal while editing and recording those data. On the basis of the data, display unit 53 and printer 54 can also be put into operation at need. Controller 2 itself is built on the building block system in terms of software and hardware and composed of state-fault display module 22, selective- control/measuring module 23, etc., and common processing module 21 integrating them. Signal paths can further be arranged by providing input-output part 11 with a data transmission module. |
