<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate waste foaming material through close adhesion of a building material to a partition plate by making the partition plate out of an elastic material while it is formed in such a wedge as to be thinner toward the top. CONSTITUTION:An upper mold conveyor 12 is arranged above a lower mold conveyor 11 of a conveyor B for molding a foaming material and a raw foaming liquid injector 13 at the starting end of the lower mold conveyor 11. A mold releasing belt 15 is looped around the upper mold conveyor 12. After injected with a raw liquid as the foaming material 1 immediately in front of an inlet of the conveyor 12, a surface building plate 2 comes under the upper mold conveyor 12 to be molded foamed and then, discharged out of an outlet of the upper conveyor 12. In this case, as an elastic partition plate 3 is formed like a wedge, the surface building plate 2 can adhere closely to the partition plate 3. This prevents the raw foaming material liquid from spilling between the partition plate and the surface building plate 2.</p> |
