PURPOSE:To provide a rust-preventing oil for steel plate, in which the viscosity of the oil is lowered and the evaporation of the oil is prevented, by a method wherein a high-molecular polymer and a specified surfactant are added to a rust-preventing mineral oil. CONSTITUTION:0.2-2.0wt% of a high-molecular polymer such as polybutene or polymethacrylate and 0.01-1.0wt% of an anionic, a cationic or a nonionic surfactant having an HLB value of 6-10, are added to a rust-preventing mineral oil. |
