<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having a low core loss and subjected to magnetic domain segmentation treatment in which iron loss factors are eliminated. <P>SOLUTION: A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having a forsterite coating film on the surface of the steel sheet, a Se-concentrated part within the coating film and/or on the boundary of the coating film and the steel sheet, and a concentration of the concentrated part of 2% or more by area ratio per 10,000 μm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>of the surface of the steel sheet is subjected to magnetic domain segmentation treatment by means of electron beam irradiation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
