<p>A D/A converter of the resistor ladder type comprises first resistors (R) connected in a series circuit, and second resistors (2R) connectable between the connection points (P1, P2, P3 ... Pn) of the first resistors and ground (GR) via switches (a1, a2, a3 ... an) which are settable in accordance with the digital input. A further resistor 2R is permanently connected between one end (Pn) of the ladder and ground. The network is provided with a full-scale switching circuit (FS) between the output terminal (P1) of the series-connected resistors (R) and ground (GR) for selecting the value of resistance (Rxa, Rxb) of the full-scale control resistor.</p> |
