PURPOSE:To execute the processing at high speed by a simple constitution by providing a weighting means consisting of plural capacity elements, and a comparing means connected to a common contact. CONSTITUTION:A switching means (sw) is energized only for a prescribed time, and the switching means (sw) is made into a non-energized state again, and a contact P is set to a floating state. As a result, the potential of the contact P is set to zero volt, and the initialization before starting an arithmetic operation is executed. Subsequently, plural analog signals v1-vn are supplied to prescribed input terminals, respectively. In such a way, although the potential of the contact P is varied, the potential Vp of the contact P goes to a value for satisfying the condition of the expression. Accordingly, as for the signals which are inputted, respectively, weighting corresponding to a capacity value of a capacity element is executed, and their full addition value is generated in the contact P. When this voltage Vp is higher than a threshold level VTH which is set by transistors Q1, Q2 for constituting an inverter circuit, an output Vout goes to 'H'. |
