PURPOSE:To improve oil charge efficiency of lubricating oil in such a way that an oil discharge port in the blade chamber in the rear of the blade in a cylinder apparatus is holed, and an openig part of the oil charge pipe having one end connected to the bearing part of the cylinder apparatus is installed with a clearance on the axial line of the port. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder apparatus 7 is installed in a casing 1 to form an oil reservoir 3 containing lubricating oil 2, a blade 10 is slidably installed on one part of a cylinder 7a in the cylinder apparatus 7, and an oil inlet port 12a and an oil discharge port 12b are holed in a blade chamber 12 in the rear of the blade 10 so that they can be dipped into the lubricating oil 2. And, an opening part 13b of an oil charge pipe 13 which is connected to a bearing part 7b of the cylinder 7 is installed with a clearance of H on the axial line of the oil discharge port 12b. Thus, in case where lubricating oil is sent through the oil discharge port 12b to the oil charge pipe 13 under pressure, the lubricating oil around the oil charge pipe 13 is sucked together into the oil charge pipe by the function of the clearance H, so that the oil charge efficiency of lubricating oil can be improved.
