PURPOSE:To realize the recording of the character and the waveform via one unit of the dot heat, by storing the digitized output waveform and the set character and then delivering selectively these waveform and character to drive the dot printer. CONSTITUTION:The waveform signal delivered from the waveform output generator is digitized through the A/D converter 3 and then delayed by the delaying circuit 4. Now the starter 11 delivers the start signal to actuate the microcomputer 8, and thus the character data showing the date and time is stored in the RAM9 by the signals supplied from the electronic timepiece circuit 13 and the setting unit 14. At the same time, the recording paper 6 is carried by a pitch, and accordingly the data stored in the RAM9 is delivered successively to the head 5. Thus the date and time are recorded on the paper 6. After this, the data delivered from the circuit 4 is taken into the computer 8, and the data is compiled to be delivered to the head 5. Thus part of the waveform is recorded. The data is delivered with every 1-pitch transportation of the paper 6, this ensuring the recording of a continuous waveform. |
