PURPOSE:A pair of arms for folding the both sides of flattened dough for ''harumaki'' move separately in the range between the guide plate and the dough- wrapping conveyor and it is provided on the cylinder part, thus permitting the automatic wrapping of a piece of minced meat with the flattened dough by means of simple mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Conveyor system 26 is positioned above cylinder system 3a and 3b and is composed of horizontal conveyor 27 moving along the moving direction of cylinder systems 3a and 3b and vertical conveyor 28 of which belts 28a and so on are positioned between belts 27a and so on of horizontal conveyor 27 and are moving vertically and conveyor 27 is inclined gradually downward as it goes forward so that the interval between the cylinder system 3a and 3b and the belts becomes gradually narrow. The horizontal conveyor 27 rotates in the arrow direction at the bottom surface and the vertical vonveyor 28 also rotates in the arrow direction. Therefore, a piece of minced meat 2 is wrapped with flattened dough 1 by means of horizontal conveyor 27 and the wrapping is fastened by vertical conveyor 28 at the final stage. |
