<p>The V shaped or butterfly tail unit for model aeroplanes has an operating lever for the two parts of the tail unit. The two parts consists of a support part, and a cladding part joined into one constructional unit and placed on the tail boom. The guide pins for attaching the oscillating surfaces of the tail unit are inserted by one side into a shaft and held there, for example, by a setscrew. The support or cladding match the shape of the tail boom.</p> |
