PURPOSE:To uniformly heat materials and eliminate the unevenness of rolling by providing mechanisms of heating the materials in the process of ascending in an induction heating furnace, inverting the same after discharging and sending the materials to taper rolling machines. CONSTITUTION:The disc material A to be rolled is lifted into a guide 7 by a piston cylinder mechanism 5, and successively ascends. While it ascends in an induction heating furnace 6, it receives heating from the outside circumferential edge and during this ascending, it is uniformly heated, thence it is led out to a discharge mechanism 9. Thence, it is transferred onto an inverting machine 11, is inverted vertically by a cylinder 11a, passes through a guide 12 and enters a taper rolling machine 13. While the disc material A to be rolled, sandwiched by clamps 13a, is revolving, its circumferential edges are successively rolled by rolling rollers 13b. Upon ending of the working, it passes through transfer means guides 14, conveyors 15, 16 and is sent to a loading machine 17. The durability of the conveyor is improved by this mechanism. |
