<p>The fuel injection metering appts. for a turbo-charged high powered motor consists basically of a revolution speed sensor, a pressure sensor and a temp. sensor all connected to a monostable multivibrator timing unit, which controls an electromagnetic valve. The revolution sensor is connected through a frequency converter, and the pressure sensor through a pressure coupler, with an additional connection to a throttle setting unit. The inlet manifold and/or accelerator pedal pressure sensor, in one embodiment, comprises a pressure responsive membrane (71) working against a spring, producing an axial movement converted mechanically into rotary movement between two parallel discs (72,73), one of which carries a permanent magnet (74) which influences a magnetic field sensitive switch (75), associated with a resistor (76) the valve of which may be selected in relation to the characteristics of the motor.</p> |
