PURPOSE:To change the assembly order of the faceplate for an image pickup tube and simplify its manufacturing process by using a Nesa transparent conductive film which is formed at low temperatures. CONSTITUTION:A glass substrate 1 is bonded and secured on the tri-color strip color filter 13 on a glass faceplate 12 with adhesives 14. Then the glass plate is abraded and a thin film glass 11 is formed. Subsequently, three conductor wirings 7 and three signal removing areas 8R, 8G, and 8B are formed. After then, a laminated glass 5 is laminated and a wiring hole 6 is formed. Simultaneously with this, the laminated glass 5 on the signal removing areas 8R, 8G, and 8B is removed. Further, a Nesa 2 is coated on the laminated glass 5 at the low temperature of 150 deg.C or less and subsequently Nesa stripes 4 are formed using photoresist. |
