摘要 PURPOSE:To make the control of blower for the soaking pit easier as well as save power by a method in which the speed of the blower is switched into an original raged speed system or a low-speed system according to necessary air amount for every soaking pits and the rotating number of the blower is controlled. CONSTITUTION:As shown in Fig., the commercial power source 7 for the rated speed operation and the rotating number controller 8 for the low-speed operation system are provided. Also, the holes #1-#n are provided with the corresponding n numbers of the switches S1-Sn which are connected to the holes of numbers corresponding to the main terminal of these switches. On the other hand, switching terminals are connected with the outputs of the power source 7 and the controller 8. In the case of Fig. A, for example, since necessary air amounts for the holes #1, #2, #n etc. are less than 50% at the time of vacant furnace, each of the switches S1, S2, Sn, etc. is switched to the controller 8 side, and also since the holes #n' and #n'' are at near rating, the switches Sn' and Sn'' are switched to the controller 7 side. As a result, by introducing a rotating number control by the low-speed system of the fixed rotating number into blower groups, control is made easier and made economical.
