Carbamoyl pyrazoles of formula I and their salts, wherein R1 represents alkyl or cycloalkyl; R2 represents a hydrogen atom or alkyl of 1-6 carbon atoms; R3 represents alkyl or alkenyl; R4 and R5 are the same or different and each represents alkyl of 1-6 carbon atoms; and n represents 0, 1 or 2, are pesticides, especially insecticides.
