PURPOSE:To obtain a highly reliable biosensor for measuring chemical components with a hardy operation, by a method wherein the concentration of a liquid to be inspected sucked at one end of a hole and after the use, a receiving base and a box body are thrown away for exchange. CONSTITUTION:An electric connection of a sensor 32 is formed on a receiving base 1, which is put together with a box body 10 to form a hole S having an opening at both ends thereof. The connection 8 is connected to a measuring circuit being fitted into one opening of the box body 10, which is supported detachably with a joint T provided on the apparatus body 13. Then, the box body 10 is fitted into the body 13 to suck a liquid to be inspected by a fixed amount at one end of the hole defined by the box body 10 and the receiving base 1. The liquid being inspected gets in contact with the sensor 32 to obtain a detection signal according to the concentration of components and the detec tion signal is processed with a measuring circuit to be displayed on a panel 35. After the use thereof, the receiving base 1 and the box body 10 containing the sensor 32 are removed from the body 13 to and thrown away. |
