A manufacturing apparatus for grind stone is composed of cylindrical drum(11) which is to rotate and dismount freely, and a shaft(21) which core yarn(20) is planted on, supported by the rotating support(3). Liquid complex is supplied by the rotating of agitating blades(28), which are located in the cylinder(23) in the cylindrical drum(11), through the discharge port(33). The inner core yarn is combinated tightly with the grind stone to strengthen enough the cylindrical grind stone.
