PURPOSE:To eliminate the distortion of an image and prevent the disturbance of the image due to the fluctuation in the distance from a photosensitive surface, by using a reflector and a converging optical fiber bundle and setting an optical axis perpendicular to the photosensitive surface. CONSTITUTION:A central surface 9 of the light from light emitting sections 6 provided at equal intervals on a plurality of light emitters 1 is reflected on the planes which bisects the angle between the reflector faces of a reflector block 10 which is shaped as a polygonal prism and has a bottom surface corresponding to the light emitters 1 and shaped as a rectangular isosceles triangle and has side surfaces that extend perpendicularly to each other to serve as the reflector faces. The central surface 9 is applied perpendicularly to a converging optical fiber budle 11 so that an image is formed the photosensitive surface 3.
