<p>The nozzle-type drier is for coated or printed webs and has one or more preliminary driers, one after the other in the web travel direction, as well as a final drier, each with its separate chamber. The final drier is in one or two sections, and the discharge air from the preliminary driers is combined with that of the first final drier section, or that of the final drier, and discharged. The processing air flowing to the nozzles (6,7) in the two sections (4,5) of the final drier (3) consists merely of heated fresh air, while air for the preliminary driers (2) is obtd. directly from the second section (12) of the final drier.</p> |
