PURPOSE:To obtain a product having a rigid structure and high quality by forming the bearing portion and the magnetic core as one body, performing sintering in the state of one body, and omitting the processes such as precise alignment of the bearing and the core, boring, screwing, and the like. CONSTITUTION:In the case the magnetic core 12 is formed, a metal mold wherein a hole 10 is provided in consideration of the diameter of the pin of a bearing 9. Many grooves 11 are provided on the periphery of the bearing 9 to increase the contacting property with the core 12. The preliminarily formed bearing 9 made by an iron series oil metal, is set at the specified position of the metal mold, the core 12 and the bearing 9 are sintered and formed at the same time so as to obtain the structure of one body. With the one-body structure; the processes such as precise alignment of the bearing 9 and the core 12, boring, screwing, and the like are omitted, and the product having a rigid structure and uniform quality can be manufactured. |
