<p>The wall frame (1) is provided with a circumferential groove having a base (2') and two shoulders on its outside, of which one only is used when the new frame is fixed against the existing fixed frame (10). The base is provided with slits extending to a certain depth serving as anchorage for permanent plastics seal (9) after the frame has been fixed. If, e.g. the window frame is to be fixed against the wall frame from the outside of the building, only a shoulder (3) is left, while the other one is removed using only a slot (6) as sealing anchorage and fitting cover section (12) on the outside. The inner edge of the frame is provided with a double rabbet (7) for the window leaf (8).</p> |
