摘要 PURPOSE: To cost effectively obtain the subject food which arouses appetite with good productivity by holding a filling material between two dough sheets and compressing and bonding the outer peripheral parts thereof to form a flange, then providing the surfaces of this flange with many pleats and disconnecting the excessive parts. CONSTITUTION: A first dough raw material is supplied from a distributing element 20 and is compressed by rollers 24 to form a first dough sheet 26. This dough sheet is moved to a die 3 forming many annular rotating cavities 34 by a conveyor 28 and a hemispherical dent 40 is formed in this first dough sheet 26. The filling material is supplied from a distributing machine 41 and is placed in this dent 40. Next, the raw material is supplied from a distributing element 50 and a second dough sheet 56 compressed by the rollers 54 is transferred by a conveyor 58 to a compressing and cutting cooperating element 60 and is compressed and bonded to the first dough sheet 26 placed with the filling material on the die 30. The flange 4 and the many pleat parts 6 are formed at the circumference of the cavities 34. The excessive dough on the outer periphery of the dough is separated, by which the desired ravioli type food is obtd.
