PURPOSE:To prevent the choking of nozzle due to dried ink, by periodically jetting ink, when the ink jet head is at the home position. CONSTITUTION:When the clock signal is input to the frequency dividing counter 9, the pulse signal output every given time from the counter 9 is input to the AND gate 10. With the reception signal present, even if the ink jet head is at the home position, the reception signal is inverted and input to the gate 10 so that no ink jet trigger signal is output. If no reception signal is present, when the ink jet head is at the home position, every time the signal from the counter 9 is output, the ink jet trigger signal is output and ink is periodically jetted from the ink jet head to avoid choking of nozzle. |
