PURPOSE:To enhance greatly the processing capacity by constituting the light shielding ring in such way that the base tape may be energized toward the heating side of the measuring housing via the driving means during the measurement and heating. CONSTITUTION:The following units are provided: base tape 1 to which heat fluorescent dose meter elements 2 of the same shape are formed every fixed space; and the heating part and the measuring part which are stored into heating housing 99 and measuring housing 100 each and in opposition to each other via tape 1. And tape 1 can move between the heating part and the measuring part, and then tape 1 is energized to the side of the heating or measuring part during at least the measurement or heating. And the following means are incorporated: the light shielding means comprising light shielding plate 108 which cuts off the light entering from outside, and others; the intermittent driving means which shifts tape 1 by a fixed amount and every fixed distance; and the winding means which takes up tape 1 shifted.
