<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a treating agent which can impart persistent mold releasability and lubricity to the surface of rubber, by mixing a diorganopolysiloxane with an organotrialkoxysilane etc., and a condensation catalyst. CONSTITUTION:A surface-treating agent composition comprises 100pts.wt. diorganopolysiloxane (A) of the formula (wherein R is a monovalent hydrocarbon group, R<1> is H or a 1-6C alkyl, and X is 1-1000), 0.1-30pts.wt. at least one member (B) selected from among an organotrialkoxysilane, an organotriacyloxysilane, an organotrioximesilane and a tetraalkyl silicate and 0.1-20pts.wt. condensation catalyst (C). Component (A) has a function of reacting with the surface of rubber to impart perristent mold releasability and lubricity thereto. Component (B) has functions of condensing with component (A) and reacting with the surface of rubber, especially, a filler, etc., in the rubber composition. Component (C) has a function of reacting component (A) with component (B).</p> |
