PURPOSE:To prevent a foaming raw material from coming in between a surface fastener and a surface fastener supporting section of a mold face and also prevent engaging function of the surface fastener from getting damaged by providing an elastic sealing material on both ends or the peripheral edge of an engaging surface of both fasteners and forming the foamed material in said mold. CONSTITUTION:A surface fastener 28 has a magnetic material 34 such as a steel plate or the like in base 32 constituted of a bag-shaped felt or plastic sheet or the like, and an engaging section 36, constituted of loop or hook-shaped fibers on one surface of said base 32, and an elastic sealing material 38 is bonded with the peripheral edge of the engaged surface of the base 32 in a manner to encircle the engaged section 36. The surface fastener 28 of the elastic sealing material 38 is fixed on the mold face by magnetic suction of a magnetic material 34 and a magnet 56. Then, a foamed raw material 26 is injected into a mold cavity 44 and a mold 30 is closed. The foamed raw material injected foams and increases its volume. At that time, as the peripheral edge of the surface fastener 38 and the peripheral edge of a recessed section 46 for accommodating the engaged section of the upper section of an insert die are sealed, the foamed raw material does not invade into a recessed section 50 for accommodating the engaged section of the insert core. |
