Energising circuit for program controlled cooking range - has function selector controls with several position combinations and associated operational controls

The energising circuit is for various types of household appliances, particularly for cooking ranges. It has system selection switching units, with dependently switchable, mutually parallel function selection switching units for different operational conditions. To the function selection switching unit with a number of possible switching combinations are associated a number of operational functions with a defined appliance control. Pref. the signal levels, adjusted by the switching units are connectable to a program control via optical fibre couplers. The program control may consist of a microprocessor, or a miniature computer, to whose input lines the optical fibre coupling elements can be directly connected. A certain state combination of the function selection switching units may switch off the program control and permit an overriding manual control.
