PURPOSE:To make it possible to confirm through easy operation whether a modulated signal on a communication line is normal or not, by direct receiving the modulated signal on the communication line over a monitor and further by displaying the received signal of a memory circuit on a CRT screen. CONSTITUTION:After exercising a supervision over transmission and reception of a control signal, control signal transmitting-receiving circuit 1 fetches a facsimile signal, demodulator 3 demodulates it and it is A/D-converted by A/D converter 4, whose output is stored in memory circuit 5. The picture signal of circuit 5 is reproduced on the screen of CRT7 via CRT interface 6 through the switch operation of operation board 11 and under the control of control part 10. Further, the picture signal of circuit 5 can be output as hardcopy information to facsimile receiving terminal 9 by way of terminal interface 8 under the control of control part 10. This constitution makes it easy to confirm only by operation board 11 whether the modulated signal on the communication line is a normal facsimile signal or not. |
