PURPOSE:To increase the heat resistance and mechanical strength of the coil by insulating the layers by glass fiber or mixed paper of the glass fiber and polyamide fiber in which a bond is impregnated. CONSTITUTION:The basic material is prepared by the glass fiber or by mixing the glass fiber and the polyamide fiber. Semihardened glass fiber sheets are prepared by impregnating an adhesive bond into said basic material. Said sheets 2 are inserted between the conductive layers 1 and bonded to the conductive layers 1 baking. The thichness of 0.05-0.8mm. is suitable for the glass sheets considering the manufacturing of the sheets and the heat dissipation. The bond having good heat resistance is desirable. The rate of the bond impregnation of 5-60% is suitable from the standpoints of the bonding strength and heat deterioration. In this method, the heat resistance and mechanical strength of a coil can be increased. |
