PURPOSE:To enable to effect a horizontal blow-off and a downward blow-off in one blow-off port and to facilitate a swing operation of a control panel by a method wherein the control panels controlling a flowing state of a stream are separated into a plurality of pieces and the respective control panels are turned by a displacement of a cam through a transmitting rod. CONSTITUTION:Control panels 3a-3c turned about a shaft 2 are provided within an inlet port 1 of a stream having a guide wall 4 formed into a configuration expanding gradually. The shaft 2 can be turned and fixed at a desired position by a hand operating lever 6 and a cam shaft 7 is provided in parallel to the shaft 2. A cam 8 is fixed to a cam shaft 7 and the system is constituted so that a displacement of the cam 8 is transmitted to the control panel 3b through a transmitting rod 9. According to this constitution, a swing motion may be effected simply by turning the cam 8 with a motor 11, thereby, a comfortable air-conditioning effect may be obtained. If the cam 8 is stopped at a minimum displacement position, a blow-off direction may be adjusted selectively by the hand operating lever 6.
