The tube for ball game was manufd. by 4 steps. (1) Noncured rubber was extruded by 1 mm thickness and 30 cm width and cut it square and then a valve(4) was attached at the center of the sheet(1). The sheet(1) was put on a hemisphereshape female mold(2) and is pressed by a male mold(3) at 90-100≦̸C, while the inside of mold is vacuumized; (2) one of a pair hemisphere-shape rubber sheet(86) which had no valve was manufd; (3) The edge(5) of both sheet(8a,8b) was adhered by pressing or high frequency welding, and air was blown into the inside of ball through valve(4); (4) The ball was cured in mold to make a ball.
