A napping cloth for tennis ball of which the blending ratio of wool is very low was manufd. by 4 steps. (1)Weaving stain fabrics with cotton/polyester fiber & wool/nylon mixed fiber, as warp and weft, resp.; (2) napping by combing with a pile roller in direction of fabrics and flocking with counter pile roller in an opposition direction; (3)Bleaching and dyeing with acid, acidic mordant and mordant dye mixing with accelerating agent and retarding agent, (4) punching process by needle puncher.
