<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to paint sufficiently automatically material to be painted uniformly, by revolving a portion of an endless moving belt in opposite direction to other portion. CONSTITUTION:Conveying belt 1, 1a are revolved by driving a motor. Jigs 13 attached to the conveying belt 1, 1a move together with the belt. Each time when a jig arrives at the position corresponding to a painting machine 29, the conveying belt 1, 1a stop moving by the operation of a limit switch caused by a control rod 31, then the painting machine 29 is moved to and fro by the revolution of a motor 18 thereby painting the material to be painted attached to the jig 13. The jig 13 mounted on the left side of a toothed wheel 15 rotates on the opposite direction to that mounted on the right side, both rotating in the direction of inside. After completion of reciprocating motion of the painting machine 29, the limit switch is operated by means of the control rod 31 attached to the painting machine 29 thereby starting the revolution of the conveying belts 1, 1a. Repetition of these operation allows the jig 13 to detach from the conveying belts 1, 1a when it arrives at a prescribed position together with the belts 1, 1a.</p> |
