<p>PURPOSE:Syrup is sprayed to a feed which is falling down in a band with pressurized air, whereby an appropriate amount of syrup is added. CONSTITUTION:A certain amount of feed M is charged in the service tank 1 and the metering feeder 2 makes a specific amount of feed fall down in to the spray box 3 in the form of a band measuring 1,500-2,000mm. wide and 40-50mm. thick. Syrup S weighed according to the amount to be added is sprayed through spray nozzles 4, 4 with compressed air from compressor 6. At this time, the feed M become the feed containing syrup M', which falls down to mixer 7. When the feed containing syrup M' comes to a certain amount in the mixer 7, valve 10 shuts and the feed M' is stirred with blade 7a and then expelled to the receiving tank 8.</p> |
