PURPOSE:To use a memory element effectively to save waste by providing 1-2N<-2> sets of 2N input 1-output -2<2> input 1-output selectors respectively and wiring the selectors and memory elements in a way that one set of N-input 1-output -2N<-2> set of 2-input 1-output of optional logic functions are to be formed. CONSTITUTION:2<3> Sets of RAMs with respect to 3-input are provided and connected to respective 1st selector 2 and 2nd selector 3. Each input selecting circuit 4 selects 2-input from 3 inputs A-C and supplies the result to the selector 2, which selects respectively the RAM 1. A selector 3 selects one RAM from the 2<3> sets of RAMs according to the 3 inputs A-C. Each output of the selectors 2, 3 is fed to an output selecting circuit 5. The circuit 5 is provided with 4 FETs and a 1-bit of RAM and its output inverting element, the RAM turns selectively on the FET and the output of the selector 3 is obtained as an output X or Y. Through the constitution above, the memory element is used effectively in using the titled element for the M-input less than the N-input so as to save useless elements. |
