<p>The padlock has two half shells providing all housings and stops and requiring only springs, rods and cam to complete the assembly. One end of the padlock handle (11) is in a groove with a spring (12) pushing it up and a constriction in the groove forms a stop for the narrow part of the handle (13). The other end of the handle is locked closed by the cam (16) turned by the flat key moving back bolts (8), push rods (7) and spring (6). The cam is pressed home by a spring (17).</p> |
