<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to confirm the removal of a magnetic molded body by a method wherein the magnetic molded body is sucked and held on a hand made of magnetic material and the change in the magnetic flux on the hand is detected. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic flux detector 3 is mounted on the back of a hand 2 made of magnetic material. An injection-molded work 8 is ejected with ejector pins 9, which are set in a mold 10. A work 8 is sucked and held by a head 2 by bringing it close to the work 8 under the state just mentioned above. At this time, the change in the magnetic flux, which is proportional to the magnitude of the magnetic force of the work 8, develops in the hand 2 and the iron core 3b and the detection coil 3c in a detector 3, resulting in generating voltage across both ends of the detection coil 3c. Thus voltage is transmitted through an amplifier 5 to a sequence controller 7. Thus, the removal of the work 8 from the mold 10 can be surely detected.</p> |
