<p>PURPOSE:To improve the line utilization efficiency by providing a detection means detecting the collision between a transmitted data and other transmitted data. CONSTITUTION:Initialization is applied to clear a memory 213 and a content of a counter 221 (M value). A time area discrimination section 222 discriminates whether a frame of a time slot is at an area A or an area B and an arithmetic processing section 223 transmits a data to a time slot of the area A in case of the M value is '0'. If the transmitted data causes collision and returns as an error signal, a collision detection means 220 detects the error. An earth station detecting the error increments the M value of the counter 221 by one. Then the processing section 223 generates a random number and controls a gate circuit 219 after a time determined by the random number elapses and transmits the data to the time slot of the area B at retransmission.</p> |
