PURPOSE:To prevent the failure due to misinsertion, by reading in the accounting number stored in the magnetic stripe sticked to the bankbook, checking the agreement of the accounting number at page replacement of bankbook and insuring to detect the misinsertion of bankbook. CONSTITUTION:The accounting number of the magnetic stripe 7 of the bankbook 1 is read-in with the magnetic head 6, and the magnetic stripe read-in data is stored in the data storage buffer 10. When this data is normal, the read-in end signal 11 is fed from the buffer 10 and the accounting number storage data 12 is stored in the accounting number storage buffer 17, it is printed on the specified page of the bankbook 1, and the data in the buffer 17 is shunted to the accounting number shunting buffer 19 when page feed is required for printing. Further, the accounting number check starting signal 16 is fed to the operation register 20 by the depression of the bankbook page change key 13, the operation register 20 performs the check between the accounting number of the buffer 17 of the bankbook 1 inserted with page change again and that shunted to the buffer 19, allowing to ensure to detect the misinsertion of the bankbook 1. |
