PURPOSE:To facilitate the reinforcement insulation by a method wherein when the tip ends of plural winding conductors that are covered with interlayer insulators are exposed and connected to a commutator segment of a DC motor, the exposed part except the connection part is enveloped with a flexible plastic cylinder the inner circumference of which is provided with a soft material. CONSTITUTION:The tip end of the winding conductor 2 that is covered with the interlayer insulator 3 is exposed and crushed to make itself flat, and is connected to the flat part 2F of the commutator segment 8 of the DC motor. Here the part from the exposed flat end to a part of the interlayer insulator 3 is enveloped with the polyimide film plastic cylinder 6 the inner circumference of which is provided with the soft backing material 7 such as polyester nonwoven fabric or polyamide one either of which is impregnated with varnish. Since polyimide with sufficient flexibility and excellent electric characteristics is used for the cylinder 6, it will not be dripped out, and the reinforcement insulation can be simplified. |
