The sheet or plate has a pattern of perforations producing the desired camouflage effect. The perforations are arranged according to a system of triangular coordinates, having continuous closed outlines which are not interrupted. The holes are circular or elliptical, and are formed by punching. The holes in one part can be circular and of the same diam., while in another part which they are between 25 and 100 % larger, they can be arranged in two or more different sized triangular patterns on different parts of the sheet. One side of the sheet can be white for winter camouglage.
