PURPOSE:To obtain a television signal receiver that has no video display part with an easily-adjusted IF-RF converter by setting the IF output characteristics of a tuner to the high frequency band and by providing a buffer amplifier in front of VIF. CONSTITUTION:Through tuner 2 with IF output characteristics that are sufficiently flat in the high frequency band, input signals from antenna terminal 1 is applied to IF-RF converter 4 and buffer 7. Through converter 4 with flat characteristics in the high frequency band as well as tuner 2, IF signals from tuner 2 are output to terminal 5 as RF signals equivalent to a free channel, e.g. the 2nd channel. The output of tuner 2 is simultaneously applied to VIF filter circuit 6 by way of buffer 7 with great input impedance, so that the adjustment of circuit 6 will eliminate the need to readjust tuner 2 and converter 4. |
