Our invention relates solely to rapid-locking (front and rear) wheels and offers a very high degree of safety for the user of the bicycle. The front safety means are fixed (by welding, brazing or adhesive bonding) to the two sleeves of the fork. Each of the rear safety means is fixed to the tube known as the base and to the tube known as the stay (left and right) of the frame.
