PURPOSE:To increase the Young's modulus of the material by adding the organic single-crystal whiskers into the diaphragm material of the speaker. CONSTITUTION:The polyoxymethylene single-crystal whiskers are mixed into the lacquer which is impregnated into or coated on the cone paper. And this lacquer mixed with the whiskers is used to the cone paper. Thus the natural fiber such as the pulse or the like can be compounded, and the natural or synthetic high molecular film can be more strengthened. Furthermore, the mixture lacquer has a high intertwinement with the fiber such as the pulp or the like and can be combined firmly with the pulp or the like by using the proper binder or the like. As a result, the strength can be increased for the cone paper of the speaker. |
