发明名称 COATING SOLUTION FOR TRANSPARENT THIN OXIDE FILM
摘要 PURPOSE:To produce the above coating soln. capable of forming a thin oxide film having high transparency by dissolving an In compd., a carboxylic acid compd., and a dopant in a water-contg. org. solvent, partially hydrolyzing the In compd., and adding a beta-diketone compd. to retard the reaction. CONSTITUTION:A hydrolyzable In compd. (indium nitrate, etc.), a carboxylic acid compd. (forminc acid, etc.), and a dopant (tin fluoride, etc.) are dissolved in a water-contg. org. solvent (methanol, etc.). The molar ratio of the In compd. to the carboxylic acid compd. is controlled to about 0.25-3.0, the weight ratio of the In compd. to the dopant to about 4-99, and the total content of the In compd. and the dopant to about 20-0.1wt.%, expressed in terms of the oxide. The soln. is hydrolyzed at about 25-80 deg.C for about 1min-10hr to partially hydrolyze the In compd., and then about 0.1-1mol. of a beta-diketone compd. (acetylacetone, etc.), based on 1mol. of the In compd., is added to retard the reaction. By this method, the adhesion with the substrate is improved, and a coating soln. capable of forming a thin film with reduced surface resistance is obtained.
