PURPOSE:To obtain an antiulcer agent containing at least one kind of chitin oligomer, chitosan oligomer and deacetylated substance of chitin oligomer and bleomycin as active ingredients and useful in remedy of malignant tumor. CONSTITUTION:At least one kind of chitin oligomer, chitosan oligomer and deacetylated substance of chitin oligomer part and bleomycin are blended with a well-known carrier according to a conventional method and the blend is formulated to provide the aimed agent. The agent can be prepared to form of injection, tablet, granule, inhalant, powered drug, etc. Doses are 0.1-100mg/kg in at least one kind of oligomers and 10-100mg/kg in bleomycin. Injection, etc., is simply prepared and administered and quick in appearance of drug action, because the oligomers and bleomycin are water-soluble. |
