PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption of the mobile equipment without operation of a synthesizer queuing, by providing a private local oscillator for receiving of the queuing channel separately from the frequency synthesizer for channel switching. CONSTITUTION:When electric power is supplied to the land mobile radiotelephone set, switch part 15 is connected to queuing channel private local oscillating part 14 in the B side, and the section designating code sent from low noise amplifying part 3 of the queuing channel is received by mixer 16 without the frequency synthesizer using local oscillating part 8, mixer 9 and shift local 10 and is collated with the section designating code stored previously in control part 7. If they agree with each other, the control is returned to the queuing stage; and if they do not agree with each other, switch part 15 is switched to the A side to send a position register number to the base side, and switch part 15 is switched to the B side after receiving the position register number from the base side. Next, the incoming signal is received, and switch part 15 is switched to the A side to perform the incoming operation, and switch part 15 is switched to the B side after talking, thus reducing power consumption. |
